At FlowState Roofing, we stand behind the quality of our work and materials. We offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our roofing services to ensure that our customers have peace of mind and protection in case anything goes wrong.

Scope of Warranty

Our warranty covers all labor and materials used in the installation, repair, or replacement of roofs, including but not limited to:

  • Asphalt shingle roofs
  • Metal roofs
  • Clay tile roofs
  • Slate roofs
  • Flat roofs

Warranty Period

Our warranty period varies depending on the type of roof and materials used. The warranty period begins on the date of completion of the work and ends on the expiration date specified below:

  • Asphalt shingle roofs: 20-50 years, depending on brand and class level
  • Metal roofs: 30-50 years, depending on material used
  • Clay tile roofs: 30-100 years, depending on material used
  • Slate roofs: 100 years
  • Flat roofs: 10 years
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty: our workmanship warranty extends to the life of your manufacturer’s warranty

Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Leaks
  • Cracks
  • Blistering
  • Curling
  • Buckling
  • Delamination

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Acts of God (e.g. hail, wind, lightning)
  • Neglect or abuse
  • Failure to maintain the roof properly
  • Damage caused by other contractors or third parties

Warranty Process

If you suspect a defect in your roof, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the roof and determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the affected area. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use
  • Loss of business
  • Property damage

Transferability

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property, provided that the new owner notifies us in writing within 30 days of the transfer.

Governing Law
