Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise specified in the contract. A 30-day payment term may be offered for larger projects.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to secure the job and cover initial materials costs.
- Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels the project within 72 hours of signing the contract, the deposit will be refunded. After 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs may apply.
- Warranty: Lifetime workmanship warranty. Any defects or issues will be corrected at no additional cost to the customer.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any damage caused by weather or other external factors after the completion of the project.
- Permits: We will obtain all necessary permits and inspections, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- Cleanup: We will remove all debris and materials from the job site upon completion of the project.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the project will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified in the contract.
- Governing Law: The laws of [State] will govern this contract.
- Entire Agreement: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
- Amendments: This contract may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
- Assignment: This contract may not be assigned or transferred by either party without the written consent of the other party.
- Severability: If any provision of this contract is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Notice: Any notice required or permitted under this contract will be in writing and delivered personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested.
